Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s our simple approach to refunds and returns:

 

Digital Products

 

• Because our digital items are available instantly, they’re non-refundable.

• But don’t worry — if you have any trouble accessing your files, just reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

 

 

Physical Products

 

• If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery — as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or defective when it arrived.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Orders

 

• Oh no! If something shows up damaged, let us know within 7 days (with a quick photo if possible) and we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

 

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
