By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payment must be received in full before we dispatch goods or confirm your place in a class.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. This email is not a guarantee of acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g., if stock is unavailable or there is an error in pricing).

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch items within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Products: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Classes and Workshops: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable unless we cancel the class.
Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable but can be used toward any eligible product or class on our Website.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
